Rihanna

Rihanna's new single debut Russian Roulette just released in anticipation of her "Rated R" album which is supposed to release Nov.23rd. There is alot of questions surrounding the influences of the album such as Chris Brown. Showing her "dark side" on the cover, Rihanna is wrapped in barbed wire and appears to be dangling by one arm. Many fans and viewers alike see the Russian Roulette single as as glorification of suicide and devil worship. However, coming to the Grammy winner's defense are both the song's writer, Ne-Yo, and producer Chuck Harmony. "There are no satanic messages in the music," Harmony wrote via Twitter. "Maybe if we did a remake of [Evans' single] 'Promise Ring,' then Rihanna wouldn't be a devil worshiper. People are so closed-minded. The song is not literal. Like most provocative art, its symbolism. Grow up."
