Adam Schefter is NFL reporter that works for ESPN. He uses his Twitter account to tell his fans things that are going on around the NFL. He will tweet news before he reports to ESPN. He also will answer questions that fans have; I have sent him a question that he responded too on Twitter. He will tweet when he will be on television and where fans can find him. I think that he started a Twitter when he moved from the NFL Network to ESPN. ESPN was one of the first networks that jumped on the Twitter craze. All of the people that work for the company have an account. The shows that air also have their own Twitter pages.
I think the best part of following somebody on Twitter is the availability that they show to their fans. Most of the people that you see on their will take some time to answer questions either about what they do or about anything. Adam had some tweets about whey became a journalist and what you need to do when you inspire to be one. I decided to follow him because he is somebody doing something that I would like to do one day. He is more down to earth then other people that are out there.
I think he does his own tweets, people have said that he is always on his Blackberry either talking to people or tweeting. He has up 53,000 people that follow him, which is the most of anybody at ESPN.
